This is a Cartman version of duke nukem, just copy the .art
file into your duke nukem directory and hey preso you can 
run around as cartman.
The actual sprite is a lot smaller than the proper duke,
so you can hide in a lot more places as your that bit shorter.
I hope to add some sounds to this but as yet i have not found enough samples.
